What’s your return policy?
Return any of our products--no questions asked--within 30 days of purchase. Since we do pay for shipping to you, we only ask that you pay for the return shipping back to us.
Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?
Yes, we can ship anywhere, but international shipping costs will need to be quoted as a separate charge do to exchange rates and international shipping rates.
Is your Curtain Buddies product CPSC safe for children and babies?
Curtain Buddies are actually a "curtain accessory" and not a toy, so we feel that a CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission) rating would not be appropriate. However, we are currently working with a case agent at the CPSC to determine if our products might need official certification.
Where will your products be available for purchase?
Our Curtain Buddies will be available via our website and Etsy, as well as Amazon. Pricing should be consistent at all three sites. And Blue Caveman Designs is picking up standard USPS ground shipping for all of our customers.
Where are your products made or manufactured?
Most of the parts for our products are made overseas. The final product is assembled in the USA (in my basement), so that we can QC all sets before we ship them out.
How quickly will my order ship after I place the order?
All products are "made to order", so we can usually ship product one to two business days after an order is received via our website (there may be an extra day delay on orders from Etsy and Amazon). Orders ship USPS 1st Class mail and should arrive within 3-5 business days to most parts of the US.
You only offer 16 different choices of Curtain Buddies now on your website. Will you offer more choices as you see more demand?
Yes, we will continue to add more choices as soon as we get traction and confirmation that Curtain Buddies are a popular item that people want to purchase for their baby or toddlers' room. Our goal is to have about 25 to 30 SKUs to choose from.
